  shimmy open.
  She sat on the window
  sill, a hand reached out. )

[ Yes, his tone may have been a tad
  bit skeptical. Okay, perhaps, a bit
  more than just a tad bit, but he
  truly meant for her to watch her
  head.

  The window was headed by a
  stone border. If either he or she
  managed to hit the lining, in would
  come the guards and their position
  would be compromised before they
  even got a look at the chest. And
  that… Well, that would be just a
  downer.

  Making sure to secure his footing
  prior to taking the flamboyant
  woman’s hand, he lifted his gaze
  to catch hers, took her hand, and
  pulled himself up.

  Much to his surprise, he hadn’t yet
  fallen; in fact, he seemed to be 
  relatively safely, albeit, slowly making
  his way towards intended destination. ]

         " Easier than you though, huh, Freckles? “
